I've been living here for a few months now, and I got to say its great so far. Joey and Avanti helped me find a great location to call home. The staff has been great to me, its nice to see smiling faces at you daily, when you grab coffee or a paper. Maintenance is great they take care of the issue the same day if its possible. I enjoy using the fitness center and the hot tubs here, and as for the first party I attended was the Valentine's Party, and the food was great!!! I'm glad to have moved here to the Winsted. I glad Joey leased me my home.

Kim has ruined the complex and killed morale. Luckily, from what I hear, she won't be here much longer.

Denise was here as a stop-gap until the complex sold. When I walked into the office and asked to speak to the new manager, she was apparently standing right there and didn't step up and identify herself. It's been downhill ever since. It's just like Kim without the drama--say whatever to get them out of the office and do nothing. Their idea of fix when I told them they had the wrong burner pans on my stove was to bend up the burner to fit in it. No doubt they'll try to charge me for that when I leave.
