The only thing bad I can say about this complex is that they lure you in with a great deal then raise the rates each time you renew your lease. Mine started at $729 a month for a 7-month term; when I renewed it jumped to $850 a month for a 13 month term with one month free ($785 a month averaged out); my last renewal kept me at the $850 per month rate with no free month. Each time your lease is about to end, they put a flyer on your door clip listing all the "high" costs of moving trying to discourage you from leaving their complex.
Other than that it's been great. Fairly quiet, garaged, nice office personnel, no roaches...
I may move soon just due to the fact that they raise the rent though. In my past apartment dealings, they usually reward you for renewing, not increase the rates each time.

I understand. I moved there in 2003 and they have increased my rent $80 in two years, plus the manager is rude. She needs to learn customer service.

The management was a LOT better with Denise. I heard that the complex is up for sale and they only keep Kim because it doesn't make sense to do a turnover when a new owner will do it for them. I agree about the fact they reward people who stay for just one lease cycle and punish those who are loyal.
