I have lived here a month and overall it has been a great experience. I did wake up one morning with a flooded closet. (Sprinkler head busted) However, they were quick to come to my recue to resolve the problem. They are curremly still working, but the staff was very friendly and have worked hard to resolve the issue. The complex is very peaceful and well kept.

A flooded closet? Did they pay for cleaning your clothes or replacing them? Was there no damage to them? I ask because a place I rented in once had a sprinkler head bust and they used some kind of oil in the system that coated and ruined everything. The complex was nice and paid for all the damage to my stuff.
