I Love, love, love my new apartment! Avonti and the rest of the staff were really great. I had a tiny leak and it was fixed right away. I signed a pretty short lease beacause of prior bad experiences with other apartments and now I'm wishing I would've signed on for a little longer. Great place and amazing part of town! Very homey! If you live in another apartment you are mising out!
