Here are some of the problems that I have faced in these apartments, took over a year 1/2 for them to fix my washer, it worked but had a banging noise coming from it on the rinse cycle, they replaced it with another after going so many times to their office and telling them about it, 4 months later the same thing is happening with the one they replaced. Told them as well months ago about a hole on the concrete that was maybe about 3ft long with a metal rod sticking out that could possibly get someone tired, the hole is so much bigger now and still they have not done anything about it, the rocks now that are crumbling from it have hit my vehicle a few times. When the AC breaks down they don't care that the heat is unbearable, with a new born its inconvenient but must ask family to let us stay with them for a day or two. The door for the AC unit above the tub has fallen a few times because the hinges are rotting, their solution screws. Not enough lighting through out the property either in the parking lot, I got my car stolen from this property not long ago, just waiting for the contract to be over so I can move away from here. I posted some pictures on some of the stuff hopefully they show.
