BS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This apartment complex is distugsting! There are pot holes everywhere! Most nights someone is throwing a party and you have NO WHERE to park!!!! There was even one time when a 4 year old girl was roaming the streets by herself without a shirt on because her babysitter (a WOODLAND RIDGE resident) was too busy taking a bath to realize the 4 year old was gone. (CHECK THE POLICE RECORDS-I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED THEM AFTER THE 4 year old almost was killed by a passing car on Northgate!!! Also, I had one resident approach me and tell me she was so glad to see someone that wasn't black move in. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HER! I may look caucasion but I am a mixed race. There are drugs being sold out of an apartment and the police have been notifiied. The staff at Woodland is a joke! None of them have any customer service skills! They even promoted a guy to property manager after AIMCO lost $3,000 because of his unprofessional attitude. A PLUS: The maintanence staff is great! They are friendly!
