I have complained many times for roaches in my apartment. Requested pest control, they use to come frequently before. Now I have given them my notice, coz Im tired of roaches all over my kitchen. I keep my apartment clean. They always say they will send pest control and never do. Apartment sucks. Nasty neighborhood, no pest control. Not worth at all. Dont move. Waste of money

No matter what you do or read ...you are entitle to your lease contract! Roaches are controlable....I had roaches in my apt too but with pestcontrol treatment they were gone in a month. Its hard to control them if people dont clean and are dirty! I tried to break my lease but later realized that theres alot of penalties that go with doing that. As far as safe and secure zone..come on now theres crime in every corner you go. No matter if you live in las colinas or some wealthy area theres crime to happen there too! Come on people! NO ONE can guarantee your safeness! Do your research proir to moving in to a community.
