Worst rental experience, ever ! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Do Not Rent Here! This is a hazardous place to live with faulty wiring. This place has a long history of electrical fires as reported by the irving fire dept. As a tenant you have no rights at woodside villas. Maintenance workers use the pass key without regard for the tenant, they enter without permission anytime they wish. Management lies repeatedly and has poor records keeping. Keep your family safe by not renting from woodside villas.Any positive reviews of this location was obviously posted by management themselves.
