Wow I just looked at this rating and I was shocked. I lived here last year and oh man was it bad. First of all I lived in one of the 2 story complex. I thought it would be nice and everything but it was horrible. Everytime I turned on my tub dirty brown water came out. So I called the maintence and while they were fixing it they put a leak on the roof of the first story (bathtub is on the second story). I told them that theres a leak and they just said we'll fix it later. Secondly if you want to live here buy tons of Raid the roach killer. I lost count of how many roaches swarm the apartment. It was really disgusting. Third, my bedroom floor creaked loudly. I was afriad the floor was really weak and would fall in. And finally the stairs. The stairs were so dangerous. The carpet was tearing off the stairs. The maintence didnt even install the carpet correctly! They just put nails shooting upwards into the carpet from the floor so you had to be very careful of where you stepped. I notifyed the manager of all these problems and they did not even fix one thing. NOT EVEN THE TUB. Oh yes and I forgot the air conidtioner would freeze and break. The maintence were too lazy to fix it. They just came over let the air conditioner cool down which took about 3 days, then they said its fine. But apparently not, the air conditioner would freeze again then..you know where I'm going with this. In conclusion, DONT MOVE HERE
