I have been here five years and i have been reading these reports people have left and i believe if you look at the other side of the coin they must be people that skipped, didn't want to pay bills properly, or wanted something for nothing. I have lived in newer properties before Woodside Villas and have had far worst problems. I have often seen at other complexes managers that are rude and uncaring. Managemt at Woodside Villas has always been involved with residents and has never failed to take care of any problem or maitence request that I have turned in. The manager has a 24-48 hour maintence repair policy. They have recently re-habed the exterior and it is beautiful for an older property. What I like best about Woodside Villas is the community outreach with the tutoring center and the friends, and the feeling of a family enviroment. The manager doesn't tolerate beligenerant behavior on this property or illegal activities which makes me feel safe here. I have seen Sandi personally patroling the property on a daily basis. I reccomed this property for anyone searching for a safe, clean apartment home. :)

Clean? Far from it. Safe? I doubt it. I had to wait well over a month to have a few items repaired. There were always cars playing loud music as well as a few tenants. I would NOT reccommend these apartments to ANYONE.
