yes i agree, sandy is such a prick its pitiful. she would put a disconnection notice on your door for being 2 days late on your electric bill. and when you do try and make payment arrangements she tells you no she needs it today, like she spends the money for crack or something. she will only make payment arrangements with certain people. but if she doesn't know you she wont. because i called the office to make payment arrangements on my electric bill and her assistance said "you were suppose to pay $350.00 by Friday (and mind you if you live there ur bill dosen't get that high, that means she made payment arrangements with another tenant and they were 2 months behind) and the biotch refuses to take my payment arrangements and ive never been late on my bill. like they dont understand that people do go through hardships. sandy you wait till your mama or you kids dies and your going to find your self in the same situation running behind on your bills. the biotch will not work with you or anything. then when you do ask for a call back she acts likes shes scared to call you back. are you an apartment manger or are you the janitor that cleans the toilet. hello the apartments she leases out is for people on housing, so im not on housing and she treats me like im broke and is always late on rent or my bill. its so disgusting it has roaches every where. and the maintenance people are so dam lazy and acts dum when you do tell them something to fix. sandy god dont like ugly cause i know you do have the power to work with people. at lease give them a week to pay late instead of 2 days. you ugly biotch!!!!!!! god will get you or has he, thats why are such an ugly individual...

I completely agree with you abou her. I'm 8 months pregnant with my first child and me and my husband both lost our jobs due to my pregnancy. He had to rush me to the hospital and was fired because he had to leave work. His mom is living with us and just got a new job, and doesn't get her first check until Friday the 11th. It was due by the third and it's now the 8th. She posted a disconnection notice on our door, after we had already paid the utilities, because we haven't paid the rent. I went down there as soon as I got it, and they told me she wouldn't be back until 5! She harassed us on a Sunday for the eletric, so we gave her the money order then. It's crazy that she would do this at all, much less the to a pregnant woman!
