The Verandah at Valley Ranch (formerly Gables at Valley Ranch) 40% Recommended May 08 2008: I moved into these apartments last year and have been a punctual paying tenate the whole time. They raised my renewal rent by $50 without even an option to negotiate and the ONLY reason I stayed was because I had Summerbend Apartments 32% Recommended May 07 2008: I lived at this apartment complex for over a year, and paid my rent on time, but suddely I recived a note saying that I was delinquent on my payment which I had to pay within 24 hours with a Highlands Of Valley Ranch 50% Recommended May 07 2008: We have lived for for a little over a year and we love living at the Highlands. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. We heard of upgrades to the apartments and since we extended our lease we asked Oak Tree Apartments 25% Recommended May 06 2008: If you are thinking about rent this apartments. You shouldn't. There are so many issues. Since day one we have roaches problem. We have seen like hundreds of them and never been take care of it even though we asked them like Highlands Of Valley Ranch 50% Recommended May 06 2008: I stayed in a variety of complexes in different cities after college and before buying my house and The Highlands of Valley Ranch is by far the BEST!!!! After selling my house, I wanted to move back into an apartment |
