The apartments are small but nice. The company has kept up on the appliances, carpet, and maintenance. Parking is ample, and we are in a really great location in Valley Ranch. The apartments are small but nice. The company has kept up on the appliances, carpet, and maintenance. Parking is ample, and we are in a really great location in Valley Ranch. I was trying to rent but was told a moving truck larger than a 20ft can not fit through the gate. When moving in here make sure your truck can fit as you'll be charged a shuttle fee from moving company which is steep. Can't believe a apartment place would have such inadequate moving

Poor apartments i have ever lived...stay away. You will be surprised with water/trash bills and rocket high electricity bills due to poor insulation in buildings. They will keep on increasing the rent. Laundry is horrible. No cleaning at all. Insects, spiders and rouches all over the place.

Saw owners come and go
But when Maria the manager took over the property
Things started changing my mother loved her
Maria changed every aspect of the property
It became safer
My mother could open hr patio door every day
She loved to watch
