When we moved in the carpet had no sign of ever being cleaned or replaced. We were lied to about it by management. They stated carpet was only 18 months old and they have a strict policy that they can't replace it unless it is older than 2 years old. The carpet was clearly older than that because the carpet pad was worn, there were stains everywhere, the laid completely flat you couldn't even pull up the nap of it with our vacuum all the way down, there are holes through to the concrete floor, and iron imprints, not to mention the globs of gum and clay in the carpet. If this carpet is less that 2 years old, then why didn't they keep the previous tenants deposit to fix it. It is so dirty that my white sock have all turned brown and black on bottom. And I vacuum everyday. Also the amount of dust and mold just on the airconditioner vents is past unacceptable. None of the windowsils had been cleaned. The bath tub was repainted with normal everyday latex paint instead of bathtub paint, it has been peeling since before we moved in. The apartment was obviously not repainted. You can see spots on walls and doors where spray paint was used to cover up some paint damage. We have to scrub the toilet and shower every other day to remove the stains of rust. Mangement has changed since we moved in and the new person is worse than the old one. Took them a full week to fix my AC in the middle of the summer in TEXAS. My electricity bill went from normal $60.00 to $120.00 that month. Our apartment is constantly exterminated for ants. I have yet to see a notice stating that an extermination for roaches, silverfish, and rats has been done. I haven't seen a rat yet, but the roaches and silverfish are out of control. I would never rent from this dump even if they paid me a million dollars.

It sounds like you have an ax to grind. Your review sounds too emotional to be objective. If this place was so bad when you first arrived, why did you move in?
