The floorplans are excellent, there is a garage for every apartment, a nice sized garage at that. The noise level is low to medium, but I get all the sleep I need, which is all I ask. The construction is a little on the cheap side, but the color scheme is neutral and the berber carpet will hold up nicely. It is very spacious and the ceilings are high. The closet in the one bedroom is TINY. But, the laundry "room" is large enough to walk into and has some storage. There are tons, and I mean tons of kids. They play in the street and overtake the pool, but they have to live somewhere I guess. All my neighbors are nice, not all of them are respectful, but I don't feel in danger or anything. The office staff is great, and the maintenence so far has been done quickly and professionally. There is curbside trash pick up 3 times a week, and the safety gate is working. Those are a couple things that usually fall by the wayside. But so far so good. They are still working on the landscaping. Also, this is a tax credit community. I will not be able to live here when my lease is up. But it's nice to know there is nice, affordable housing available. Although I don't know how someone who makes the alloted amount could possibly afford the rent in the larger apartments'
