The apartment buildings themselves are nice, but I'm finding that's all I get here.

The ammenities are crap. The pool is SMALL. VERY SMALL. And there are 6, yes SIX chairs out at the pool. Management has no plans to add more. I have asked.

It took a month and a half of me continually asking to have my apartment sprayed for bugs (which are everywhere, mostly crickets).

The landscaping is gross. I moved in before the landscaping had been done, and I saw the potential when it was finished. Boy am I disapointed! The sod is all dying, there are BARELY and flowers.

I live with 2 small children near the back of the property (which has not totally fenced in) and there are coyotes and snakes that come out at night and come to the back of the property. I have asked management about having it fenced since I moved in 4 months ago, and nothing has been done.

There is trash all over around the pool and the rest of the grounds. It really ruins the appearance (along with the crappy landscaping) of the nice new buildings.

The management is nice enough but is very slow in getting anything done. I'm not sure it's the office staff's fault, possibly just a cheap management company.

As I said, the apartments themselves are nice (because they are brand new) but I still feel like I am getting ripped off living here. The service is not great and the needs of the residents seem to be at the bottom of the priority list.

Quit putting the blame on management! You have to understand that management has no control over putting up a fence or landscape, the owner(s) and investors are in control of that.

Coyotes? Haven't seen that in the city before. If the pool is so small do you really think they need more than six chairs? From what I've seen, they have business center with at least 10 brand new computers, an awesome theater room, a nice workout center and they offer tutoring to the resident's children twice a week. That doesn't sound like crap to me. I think you are just an unhappy person all around. Buy your own house and see how many amenities you get.

Yes I live in the area and have seen coyotes! Give the girl some slack if it were you, you would want things done.

If this person moved in before the pool and the rest of the grounds were finished, she probably had no way of knowing. As lookingaround99 said, cut the girls some slack. I worked in a management office, too, and the managers have plenty of sway over how the budget is used. If a fence is needed, but up a fence. It's just that simple.
