This place has QUICKLY gone down-hill. DO NOT MOVE IN!!!

The trash is our biggest issue. We drive by it every day, and it is NEVER in the dumpster. People leave their trash EVERYWHERE and it stinks and is disgustingly dirty.

There are kids EVERYWHERE, unsupervised.

Management has been slow in handling any complaints.

Bottom line, this place is ghetto. We're planning on moving out as soon as our lease is up. Not a good place for families.
