Wouldn't recommend. The day we received keys, our apartment had not been cleaned or painted. They promised to have it done by Friday. We went in Friday-it was still dirty and had nail holes all over every wall. We finally had to be in on Saturday, because we had to be out of our old place. Still nothing had been done. I thought it was a fluke-come to find out this has happened with most other residents.

There are constantly loud cars with loud systems driving through. Cars drive really fast in the parking lot. Neighbors always have loud music up until 12:30 in the morning. Recently there have been problems with street bikes and ATVs racing throught the parking lot doing donuts and wheelies.

This person obviously didn't tell the Manager or she would have taken care of it. She is very helpful.

That's because it was the maintenace man racing around on an ATV with all the kids. He looked after the kids on the property more than their own parents.
