So far so good. I really like this complex. The office staff is really friendly and actually competant. I've live in other apartments where the office staff ignore you once the lease has been signed, but not this place :) The grounds are pretty and landscaped. Two play areas for different aged children.
One complaint I do have is, they do not have speed bumps anywhere in the complex. A LOT of children live here and run around and ride bikes. And people drive at least 30mph on these little roads. I asked about speed bumps and the office told me no... Someone is going to get hurt, that's not a prediction, it's a fact.
With government regulated apartments, you have to expect low income families to live here. Duh! So don't try to rent here if your a snob, or don't like children, or don't like ethic diversity.
The rent is VERY fair, they pay water, you get an attached garage at no extra cost. Great shopping (if you can afford it) :) My little girls not old enough for school, so I don't know about that in Keller.

So I really like this place and feel fortunate to have been accepted here, during the leasing procces the staff seemed like they were actually excited for me to be here! My neighbors seem great, they haven't complained ONCE about my hyper baby girl.
I would recomend this place to all of my friends.
PARKING: Fine for me- I have a garage, Not to good for visitors though. . .

NOISE: I work at night,and have never been woken during the day by loud noise. The crickets and frogs to get on my nerves sometimes!

GROUNDS: Very pretty, kind of soppy with all this rain lately though. . .

Safety: I haven't had any safety problems, but I really think the speed in the complex needs to be addressed before someone gets hurt or killed. . .

Construction: ' I like my layout and attached garage

Maintenance: havent had to rely on them yet - but that's a kudos in its self, right'

STAFF: Very friendly and they seem like they genuinlly want you to be there, even AFTER you sign your lease!

You say management doesn't ignore you? Just wait... ever since the previous EXCELLENT Management team was FORCED out... this new management team is a joke. Just like another comment from another tennant " their from a 3rd world country " ... it's all downhill from here.
