We have lived at the Aventine Apartments for 2 years. Since we have lived here the Management has changed three times. They are very unprofessional and care nothing about what goes on here. The pool has only been open for a total of 13 days this summer. I call once a week to see what excuse they use for keeping it closed. The workout room is closed once the office is closed so anyone with a job cannot enjoy that ammenity.

In the past week someone attempted to break into our apartment, a neighbors car got stolen, my husbands truck got broken into, as well as another neighbors truck. Almost nightly we are calling the police. We have informed the office of the situation and they have done nothing about it. They have not informed other tenants that these break ins are occurring, nor have they done anything to form some type of community watch.

We have also complained about our neighbors upstairs a total of 19 times. I don't think that the office has even bothered to issue a noise violation to them.

Heather, the current manager is lazy, uncaring, and completely unprofessional. I would encourage anyone looking here to look elsewhere.
