We moved into our apartment August 2006...about the 1st 6-9 months everything was great. I wish the 1st management company was still here. They actually give a damn about this place.Once they where replaced by another management company. Then things went down hill....
Due to a large portion of the 2nd management & 3rd management NOW...they will NOT ADDRESS any issues everyone has here. They are rude and act like we should be greatful that they sit on their BUTTS and listen to us complain.

WOW can you imagine if I never paid my rent on time' If I ever received any lease violations' I really would hate to see how I would be treated then' Maybe that's what you need to do to get management to listen when you complain..it's apparently the only way management will listen to you!!!!

Children out all hours of the night...no one bothers to send them home. We once had a security officer here and thought GREAT now things are going to be taken care of..but no...He left when he realized that NO one in office was going to enforce all the wrongs he kept on reporting...and management WOULD NOT help. So he left now how sad is this'

The pool is a joke why go thru all the rules on pool with your children and guest if MANAGEMENT does not ENFORCE it themselves. It must be nice to have this kind of job...and act like you have to follow our rules...but hey we won't make you really follow them if it makes us have to go outside and talk to residents...or tell the kids get out your too young to be here with out parental supervision. Now you know why the pool stays closed here!!

The workout center...is only going to be of any use to you...if 1.your not working
2. if you work evenings or 3. IF YOU DON'T WORKOUT! Why well its really simple they only keep it open during office hours! WHY is that you ask this is simple to answer...no on watches what the teenagers and children are doing after office closes.
Its their hang out to do whatever they want!

And if you put in a workorder make sure you have the office sign it too and then ask for a copy of this. Or they will keep on saying they never received a call in this or they don't have it in writing.

People here who work hard for their family actually have to suffer for all this..they get their cars broken into. The garages and now their apts. And again management will NOT even hold a meeting with the residents to try and get neighbors to be on the look out. To tRy and hold this place as a community. All they will say is..you have a expensive car what do you expect from here' WOW great come back huh'

All I can say is DO NOT STOP pass go and Run Homer Runnnnnnnnn!!

But if your going to move here then crank up your stereo real LOUD and play Welcome to the Jungle by Guns & Roses....since this is what has become of this place.
