these apartments suck!!! and everytime i say that to the dumb blonde in the office she laughs not funny ive lived here for 2 yrs and am staying for another only because i cant get a 3 bd where i want to move the managment has been changed so many times its not funny these apts are nice aand not ghetto the side i live on is very quiet and i have no worrys but... i have delt with ants! roaches! crickets! like crazy and im a very clean person the office managment sucks ass there all dumb ****** they never get anything done they sit on there ass everytime i go into office i had wasp nest all over outside asked for them to remove did they NO! i had to do it myself if you call for anything or even go in they will take your number but never call you with your answer! the pool is never open last summer they closed it for weeks at a time the gym is closed after office closed and this nice little pink letter we got today says pool is only open office hours to! kids under 18 are not allowed outside without a parent are you serious' people drive way to fast threw here!!! the carpet is crappy once it goes flat no cleaning will make it look normal again next year i will def be moving out! im regreting signing a new lease i would rather live somewhere else!i have children and they are prohibited to ride there bikes outside what kind of crap is that i wish the managment would actually read this review because i cant stand them and thinking about going to the big boss to complain do not move here i promise after time you will regret they basically want people to live as if this is a olderly community and lock yourself in the house all day not cool oh yea and they lie i was told my electric wouldnt be high because of the size of my apt well they told me less then 100 i rarely use lights and ect and my bill is almost 300 a month i couldnt imagine if i actually used electric like normal people thank you for your time lol
