The office staff is completely incompitent. They have no clue what they are doing. Have they ever worked in Apartment community before'''' They change their rules and community policies weekly. As for the resaident activities you have no clue when those will occur as they change the dates and only send emails the day of to notify residents. What about the residents that dont have internet or access to internet'''' Are they not invited. Is the printer in the office broken or can offord the paper to send out notice as previous staff has done. Since i have been here (1 year) office staff has changed a minimum of 4 times. Competency anyone'' Where are they hiring these people from the umemployement line' Do they require experience to work in the office' I dont recommend living here if you would like to spend your summers at the pool. It will probably be reserved. I have never lived in a complex were a resident can reserve the whole pool as well as the club house for a whole DAY. It is a community area that should be open to all who live here. No where in any the lease agreement or any document that was required to be signed did it state we could reserve the pool for the day. On top of that no notice was given to residents. You had to walk to the pool to find out it was reserved. What if families had had guest coming or relatives in town and were planning on barbqueing at the pool. Why pay for the ammenities if you cant use them on a summer day.
Another issue is the dead trees on property. Multiply trees have fallen on the carports and broke them what if a car had been inthat spot since there were cars in the other spots that the tree didnt damage. The tree havent been removed and carport has not been fixed and it has been at least a week. Other trees are just lying dead on the property the office has known the trees where dead before they fell and that they are quite large and could possible fall and damage residents vehicles. They should have had them removed.
Another issue breezeways as well as walkways are always littered with trash and broken glass. Office staff as well as maintenence just leave the items. We have a lot of children in this complex what if on of them were to fall and be cut by the glass' What if it was your kid'''
DONT LIVE HERE!! Cant wait to Move!!

a bit overpriced considering the small closets, thin walls and the machines in the weight room are always broken. there's construction on I35/Golden Triangle and Denton Hwy so whichever way you go- there are back ups. they look nice from the street but i haven't had the same response from the staff. I lived here about 6 months and the mgt has changed. the other stafff was much more accomodating. look around. I'm sure you can find something better - wish I'd looked a little more because I've found other apartments that are hands down better. I won't be renewing my lease.

I've used the machines in the fitness center every night for the last two weeks and haven't had a problem. Granted the TV doesn't work on all of them but you can still get in a good workout. As far as the traffice on Golden Triangle goes it has been bad for as long as I can remember even without construction. As for the cell phone service in the above post mine works just fine in my apartment. No problems with any functions of my phone at all. Perhaps you should contact your wireless provider to see if there's anything you can do to fix your signal issue as it is not the responsibility of the apartment complex to guarantee wireless signal.

I agree with the post above. Its your cell phone providers fault for not providing adequate coverage. Ever try to use your cell phone inside a mall?

To the post on 7/11 I was at the pool saturday with my kid. Although there were reserved signs posted, it was a resident having a birthday party and was trying to keep it private. The pool was still open to everyone (pays to ask questions) Do you not get a calendar every month!!! I do :)
It states when all the functions are and on what days. I'm sure the office changed the dates for some good reason. My breezeway is clean. I see the little guy blowing them out at least once a week. The trees are mother nature. What can the office do about that?? Did you ever think that they might be waiting on an insurance company to look at the damage before cleanup. We have had alot of storms that did alot of damage - I know my car took a beating and it took forever for the insurance people to look at it. Sorry for what you might think are problems but we have had no problems here and really enjoy the complex and staff.

I have Verizon and have no problem anywhere else but here. I have no idea why that is.
