I have lived here for about three months and love it. Theres only a few bad things about City Parc, our water in our shower barely stays hot, maybe 10 minutes. but i am a "20 min shower" kind of person! my neighbors have said the management before the ones now were better but i cant say. some of the staff is a little "blonde". one staff person, after living in our apartment for a month or two, called and asked if we have even moved in our apartment yet and which one' we were a little confused but let it go. we got a membership for the tanning bed and the person that leased our aparment said it was $50 one time fee. then after a couple months the code changed to get in and use the bed and my boyfriend went to go ask what is was and a lady said you have to pay $20 a month now and doesnt know why we were misinformed. my boyfriend said the lady was being a little rude but we weren't sure what the deal was so we let it go. other than that i love these apartments, they are pretty much quiet and very safe. another thing that kind of sucks is where our building is we have to drive or walk to take out the trash, wish there was curbside pickup but oh well! we are leaving after our lease but only because these are too far out and we want to move closer to 820 for job purposes.


with the maintenance, the guy is very nice and polite. but one time i called because three of our lights went out ( 2 in the dining, one in the kitchen ) and i called at 2:30, waited, called again at 4:50 and questioned the same person i talked to and she said "oh, sorry i'll page him again. i told him". so when the maintenance guy got here i told him and he said "yeah sorry sometimes she forgets to tell me. i actually was supposed to get off at 5." (he got to our apartment to fix it at 5:15. this is another example of what i mean when the staff is a little "blonde"


yes sometimes there was drunk people on sunday afternoons during the summer but we live pretty close to the pool, never heard them inside our apartment and they were only having a good time. i thought about going to join them! and all the neighbors are very nice, we have made some friends!
