If you like any kind of quiet living, do not move here. Most of the tennants are loud and completely disrespectful of the fact that other people live here. I have to constantly listen to my neighbor's bass. It's so bad that our floor and furniture shake. He has parties about weekly. I have talked to the office staff three times about it and they don't do a thing, even after acknowledging multiple complaints about him. I have had to call the courtesy officer three times and the police once about parties and noise. People party at the pool late into the night.

As far as the condition of the apartment itself,when we moved in, it was completely filthy. Dirt, dust, hair, spider webs and gnats were everywhere. Our dishwasher isn't secured so it falls out if we pull it open all the way. Our AC was leaking. We had maintenance come out and it leaks worse with an added stinky smell.

I would no reccommened this place at all! I can't wait to move!

Same here when we moved in, I had to clean filthy floors and windows! oh and they don't even decorate for Christmas! Watervue has their entrance area decorated nicely. CityParc has nothing! I guess they'd rather spend the money on happy hour. Ya real nice, people taking their kids to the office to watch them get drunk. My kids hate it here. There's no tennis court or sport court and the pool is 3ft. LOL
