I visited the Dominion Apt.s about two weeks ago, and was very turned off by the very rude and B****Y Girl who was working that day. When I first arrived and walked into the office area, I stood there for about 3 to 5 min before I had to walk into the actual office to get noticed. Once the girl saw me, she said "You can just wait out there," in a very rude tone. Everything went down hill from there. She had a very bad attitude and acted like I wasnt worth her time. Once We finally got the the Model apartment, We were in there for about 5 min when she just flat walked out and let the door shut behide her. I didnt even have time to look at the kitchen. Once she did that I said to myself "well guess its time to go." I called and filed a complaint with another girl whom works there, and she seemed very sincer, but when I told her that If I rented there something should be done to compensate me for that experience she acted like ya right.

I have been a resident since day one and yes, the previous management suxed!! The current staff Dianne and Amber are outstanding!! I no longer have issues with maintainance or the staff. Visit, you'll see!!
