The apartment was ok, a little more expensive than the other apartments in Keller. The grounds were decently kept. I enjoyed the park area with bbq pits and benches. The doggy clean up stations were a nice touch, although they were frequently out of bags. I did have some issues with maintenance. They were very slow in responding to requests. Parking was ALWAYS an issue. I don't know where all the cars were coming from, but it seems there were different ones every week, taking up spots closest to my door. At one point, they had a huge dumpster taking up 5 or 6 spots. Talk about trashy. All in all, it's a decent place to live. But don't expect anything special though.
