Moved in early August, apt. was brand new but you can see a lot of shoty workmanship as time goes by since they tried to get things going in a rush. The grounds a kept very clean and they (apt. Management) have a lot of rules that help keep this place from going down hill i.e. turning into a gettho. Office staff is very pleasent and they are very easy on the eyes. Mainteance has been good and over all I think this well be a great place to live for a while to come. Only complaint is that the 1st come 1st serve paking is few and far between they could have planned the parking situation out a bit better. Other than that no complaints so far. A-
