I have lived in these apartments for about 6 months now and could not be more disappointed in the management staff. They are RUDE! There are many rules set in place that make this place sound great, but when push comes to shove, none of them are EVER enforced. This place is going to go downhill quick. People scream in the courtyard at 2am almost nightly, dog crap all over the place, loud neighbors. When you call to complain, they tell you handle it on your own... yes, I'm serious! Don't get me wrong the apartments themselves are very nice, but they've got to do something about the rules. I would've NEVER moved here if I had been told the way the property management handles things.

I agree it is going downhill and it's still relatively new. I have seen police cars on a call at an apartment in another building,on a week-end, people hanging out at the pool at all hours in the night, damage that seems to have been created by someone either driving through a wall!! or breaking a window, neighbors allowing guests to park anywhere with no courtesy to the residents, doors slamming and people hammering on the walls in the middle of the night. The assessment of management is also correct, they are extremely rude and the maintenance staff will lie regularly.

I agree. We have lived here since June and it has really gone down hill. They converted ALL parking spaces to reserved without any notice what so ever. I called to find out what we should do if we come home and someone is parked in our spot or in front of our garage and was told that I just need to find another spot to park. Then, what is the point of reserved parking? I asked what they were going to do about the parking situation and was told "Nothing". There is absolutely no place to park for guests. If you have company, they have to park illegally or park in the front by the mailboxes and walk to your apartment. I agree that the grounds aren't as well kept as when we first moved in. I absolutely LOVE my apartment, as long as I don't look or go outside, then I am fine!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! The management staff is rude! They do not hold up to what they verbally agree to!
