Does anyone else realize the poor construction quality of these apartments'' The clubhouse and apartments facing the road are aesthetically pleasing but the rest of the property is of considerably lower construction quality. It is obvious there were some cost savings implemented in the "back apartments." This includes the uglier garage doors, increase in hardi-plank which replaces the stone seen in the front apartments, and a lack of landscaping.

I am so bitter about this because I was promised a front facing apartment and when I came back a week later these were "no longer available" and was offered a much lower quality apartment for the same rent! I declined and hope that prospective tenants take notice of this.
