We have lived at the Enclave for over 18 months, and everything written in these reveiws ring true. Most disconcerting were the times it took an hour to enter the property, while stuck on Golden Triangle looking at my apartment. The area is actually Fort Worth, so be prepared to wait if you need any city services, including police assistance. On the recording they claim to be conviently located... There is nothing convient in regards to commuting there, no matter which way you travel.

Parking is a nightmare. Basically the builder/planner alloted one car per apartment, no matter if it is a one bedroom or a three bedroom. Perhaps someone should've clued them in that most couples have two jobs, and two cars. Forget having company. Most of my neighbors that are in one bedrooms are couples. So the spaces at the front of the complex marked "Future Resident" are the only spaces extra for the entire complex. To which perhaps they should offer up thier golf carts as a shuttle for guest. The management did attempt to address this by sending out nasty notices informing residents that thier gargages would be inspected, to ensure that residents are parking in thier garage, and not using it for storage'!!! OK, so I put my car in my garage so that someone else can block me in'! HELLO!

If rudeness and snotty behaviour is a mark of professionalism, then the Enclave rate 5-Gold Star's. Thier paperwork must be impeccable, because thier people skills are suited for robots. Any reason you may bother them, will get you the gratuitous eye roll. Just know that you have made thier day, as they laugh about whatever your concerns were for the rest of the day, or until someone else walks in.

You will recieve a monthly news letter with valuable recipies for pumpkin bread, and lessons to live by. After reading this you will wonder if you should be left alone.

As far as the building itself, I have had few problems. It is after all an apartment. I have a great veiw of the countryside, and watch the cows move from pasture to pasture. This is another reason that people whom are offended by small dog "treats" should've considered that they are surrounded by crapping cows. It is rare to have children unattended.

All-in-All, the Enclave delivered what they promised. The lease itself you will need an attorney, as it has more addendums than purchasing a house.
