It's difficult to find a place to park unless you're home by 6pm. Reserved parking, covered parking, and garage parking is available for a cost.
Neighbors are friendly enough and usually quite.
Grounds are secured by gates.
Pet rent was $300 when I signed up ($150 refundable), plus $10 a month. I've seen a lot of people not picking up after their pets.
Location is horrible due to traffic on Golden Triangle. It's only a two-lane country road that often backs up traveling west from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
The grounds are mostly kept clean. Trash often piles up outside their compacting dumpster. 3-days-a-week curbside pickup is convenient.
Kitchen has built in microwave and nice whirlpool equipment. Granite counter tops.
My apartment had a faulty thermostat, which maintenance replaced... somewhat. Maintenance is usually pretty good and they offer an online ticket system.
Utilities are usually 20$ a month. Electric is from Tricounty Electric and their rates are good. Only Internet service is through One Source, a small company that does a decent job.

We recently have completed a property inspection to ensure that the garage space is being used for vehicles. This will help with the parking situation for third vehicles and for guests. Reserved parking and garages are free. They come with your home. Covered parking is charged. The maintenance team is diligent when picking up the grounds. The Enclave team takes pride in keeping the community beautiful.

Reserved spaces are now free for your first car, I didn't know then when I wrote my post. I was told that reserved spaces required a monthly fee when I moved in back in 2007. Someone was already parking in my spot after it was assigned to me by management. Truthfully it makes me glad to see that management is reading these things.
