Everything was good at the beginning and while we lived there. That all changed when trying to get your deposit refunded. Ensure you and manager do a final walk through of apartment, or they will get you with painting the entire apartment and carpet cleaning fees no matter what. They do not consider normal wear and tear, so dont expect your deposit to be returned, instead you will be owing them money for these fees.

I was told I was getting my deposit refunded but that was two months ago and I am still waiting! So glad I moved!

I have good news to share with you and new residents that live at the Enclave on Golden Triangle. New management has taken place and some policies that were previously practiced have been changed. Residents are encouraged to do a final walk through when they move out to discuss the refund policy and assess the apartment. It is recommended to dab any nail holes that were made flush with the wall. This will prevent any charges being accrued for touch up paints. As for the carpet cleaning, you will not be charged for normal wear and tear. If a pet treatment, spot treatment, ozone or power scrub are preformed, there will be charges. This is not considered normal wear and tear. The management team will be more than happy to discuss any matters regarding the security deposit refund policy.
