I've lived here since Feb 2009 and have been testing out the apts before I post a review. The only issue that I've had is Parking...they didn't make enough spaces, but I'm so glad I have an assigned spot! Parking just stinks if guests come over. I LOVE my apt though, and have gotten a lot of "wow" reponses from friends and family that have stopped by. I've had no issues with bugs, management is great, neighbors are quiet and friendly. I've lived in some intersting places before and this is by far luxury! I didn't get these ammenties during my college years and I think people need to take that into consideration and realize it's an apt which they RENT and are not BUYING...big difference in expectations. But my expectations have definitely been exceeded here! Love, love, love the valet trash Mon-Thurs in the evening. If your wanting to move to the area, I HIGHLY recommend you check out these apts...I think you will be impressed.
