does anyone agree the office staff has turned into an old folks home' where do they get these people from' it's gone from really bad to unbelievably worse. it's really too bad that good help is hard to come by. the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. and don't expect to get any help if it's 5 minutes until they close because guess what' they're closed! and if they haven't locked their doors you WILL be advised that they close in 5 minutes therefore you are S.O.L. until the next morning. the apartments are way overpriced. don't get me wrong, they are nice but this is most certainly not buckingham palace! or upscale living to say the least. i will be sure to shop around in the future.
