amenities are not free...which clearly doesn't make sense ...
they just add it on top of your rent
for the money your paying the square footage is VERY little...
-not too sure how this place gets away with having a 21 and up community
this doesn't fall under fair housing laws...
Staff couldn't be more fake..
I am 18 and married and I couldn't live with my 22 year old husband.
We found numerous apartments JUST as nice also much cheaper, and with more square footage..

I couldn't disagree more with your review of Watervue Apartments! I love it here! I'm sorry to say that you seem like a very unhappy person - period! One of the greatest assets of Watervue is the staff. Honestly, they are the best! I had to call them after hours and they responded immediately! There are numerous free amenities including cookouts, yoga classes, workout sessions, kickboxing lessons, basketball leagues, etc. Watervue has scheduled a concert, movie nights at the pool, a Saturday brunch, etc. - all of which are free!

I like the no one under 21 policy. I have 2 kids and the atmosphere I want for them does not include the party crowd that comes with being 18. This review is a plus for me not a detraction
