It's been four months since I moved in, and I'm quite happy living here. The unit itself is good: new, and the construction is solid.
Maintenance was prompt when I had an issue right after I moved in, and they got it right the first time, so no complaints there.
Parking has been no trouble; it's easy to get a spot close to my unit. Also, there hasn't been any trouble with the gates while I've been here, thankfully.
The office staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I've stopped by with a question or to pick something up.
Overall, I'm enjoying my stay and would recommend this place to my friends.
