Great place to live - I'll really miss this place, it's been my home for the last 3 and a half years and it's been great. Overall the property is in fine shape since they've updated many things in the last couple months with continued improvements/updates on the way. Extremely Accomodating My wife and I recently sold our house and, due to the tight time schedule, were put in a bind to find a place to live. Mindy and Summer were extremely helpful and sympathetic to our need. We had a lot of last minute changes to which this team adjusted to completely.

BAD Management - Bees all over your apartment I have been staying here for almost 4 months and from the beginning we had wasp(bees) inside our apartment unit. We have reported this to the manager 4-5 times and all they do is inform the pest control. The bees are coming inside some how daily

It was nasty dirty and the people were rude All i know is it was loud and the police were called out almost every night for some type of domestic violence.
one time the SWAT team was even called out and i could not leave my APT for 2hr and this was also on a work day.

WaterVue Employes Felons!!!---------------------------- who works in the office there is a convicted felon! He has over 10 misdemeanor and felony convictions for theft!!! I can t believe the management company would put its residents at risk. I would never feel safe leaving for work during the day

Overrated... amenities are not free...which clearly doesn't make sense ...
they just add it on top of your rent
for the money your paying the square footage is VERY little...
-not too sure how this place gets away with having a 21 and up community
this doesn't fall under fair housing
