I'm trying to keep this civil (i.e., no obscenities). I can't sy enough negative things about the management (manager and one staff) of this company. Absolutely terrible customer service and beyond rude. The facilties are really poorly kept. The public facilties are downright nasty! Just check out the bathrooms right below the leasing office! I'd recommend anywhere else first!

I have lived here at Legend Point for the last year and when I discovered this website,I was surprised at some of the negative comments I read. In fact,any problems that need to be addressed the Manager is on top of things and always willing to help. Any problem I have ever had has always been taken care of very quickly. The maintenance is very polite and prompt! There is also alot of people that have been here for a long time. I don't think people stay at a place for too long if they feel that they are not being taken care of.So hats off to Legend Point because I am about to sign another lease for another year.

Even though the rest rooms were remodeled, the boat docks are in bad shape and would not pass any city codes. I think the owner should remodel management. I have no Idea why they are can abuse the people living there and able to keep their jobs. Worst I ever seen.
