Nice place

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2008
 
Grounds are very nice. New outdoor kitchen by the pool. Apartments have been updated and are nice save for the interior paint and cheap carpet. Quiet. Secure. Gate is kept closed at all times and is rarely out of order. Maintenance staff, ok. Water bills and trash run about $40 a month. Overall, I would recommend.
