These apartments are suppose to be remodeled into condo's. New owners took over a year ago and haven't done anything yet. Manager said that they should be starting the remodeling within 30 days. This place needs a total rehaul, it was once a beautiful place that the long time owners just let go, and hopefully it will be beautiful again. I don't know if they will be selling them or renting each condo. Plans (from what the manager said) are to have hard wood floors,marble counter tops and stainless steel kitchens, sounds good. She had no confirmation on what the price would be to purchase and or rent. I really enjoyed the location and the view. I will be checking back next summer to see what has been done.
