I lived there for a year (moved to Pearland December last year - 2000). I love the place, but I have to warn you that it is literally falling apart at the seams. Several residents suffered water damage due to old pipes or whatever. Drive through the parking under the apartments and you will see evidence of the water damage still (drove by yesterday (1/6/2) to check it out for myself - thought about moving back there. The ceilings are falling down upon the cars underneath (I experienced this myself). There is alot of mildew in the wall tiles and bathroom walls that you can't seem to get rid off. Needs new management
