So far so good. The property itself is awesome, backs right up to the yacht club...amazing views. My apartment is great, maint. has been on top of all of my requests and the office staff is really friendly. I was worried moving into an area I was not to firmilar with but it has been the best transition. I highly rec. this place, you won't be disappointed!!
