HORRIBLE - Going downhill. They lowered the rent so foul mouthed 20 something guys (who act 12) move in. Poor Security This is supposed to be a gated community but the gate has NEVER worked properly. I understand there was a security officer stationed there to operate the gate several years ago, but that practice was discontinued. I would think that a $10/Hr security guard could be much cheaper
