I lived at Glen Hollow for 2 yrs and moved out because of a job relocation to another city. While I was there, I really enjoyed it. Of course I had things go wrong in my apartment, but that's anywhere. When I needed maintenance, they were always prompt in taking care of my problems. They were also very friendly. The manager there (April) was great. She always took care of any issues that I had and I could tell that she really cared that I was happy there and did whatever possible to make that happen. I have only lived in one other apartment complex, but I have to say that this one had the friendliest and most caring staff that I had ever seen. When I moved out, I could tell that the office really cared that they were losing me as a renter. I would recommend this place to any of my friends, and actually have, and would give them a great rating on everything!
