Good place to live--nice view

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
We lived here for 2 years and it was pretty quiet and nice. We had an apartment by the lake, so it was a pretty scenic view. The main downfall was the manager was NEVER in the office, and the maintenance could not ever fix anything very well. The carpet was really old, but they replaced it when we left. It was cheap to live here so we liked it.
