Its quiet... but its run down. Everything needs work, its very neglected because there is only one guy trying to take care of a lot of very old buildings. He works very hard & has been trying to fix things best he can though.
Small kitchen, huge bedrooms. Lots of closet space.
Huge "backyard", okay pool. Pretty lake.
Nice laundry rooms.
I always felt safe because when I lived there so did half the city cops. :)
