In no way shape or form should anyone ever live in these apartments. I could make a list, but it would take days, weeks to remember everything that is wrong about these apartments. Management doesn't care, the buildings are molding, nothing is ever fixed, and the list goes on and on. And there were no lights in the livingroom, which was basically the dining room as well, and no lights in the bedroom. So, don't live in them, simple as that.
