small. awkward layouts.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
very small living areas, bedrooms, and everything else.
awkward layouts. Horrible.
parking is too far from buildings.
loud depending on the neighbors... mine were teenagers.
expensive.
I lasted 1yr & couldnt take it anymore.
thin walls... hear neighbors talking.

only room for small stackable wash/dryers.
did have a nice size bathroom.
