New Owners, Manager, and remodel - Any reviews before May 2010 are now out of date. This property had been neglected and mis-managed by the previous owners. It was purchased from the bank and great care has been put into it so that it is much more comfortable. The new owners have the money to keep the maintenance up and there is no worry about bank foreclosures! I'm not going to BS you..
