I have lived there for about 5 months before i had to deploy. They let me out of my lease and didn't charge me reletting fees. I had a very good experience with the people and the area. Everyone is right, though, parking sucks. And the car wash thing. But everything else was fine. If there was a problem with my neighbors, the manager took care of it, also when i locked myself out all the time. I would recomend them
